Thomas Paine, a political activist, stated that "All national institutions of churches, whether Jewish, Christian or Turkish appear to me no other than human inventions set up to terrify and enslave mankind, and monopolize power and profit". Hello!

I have to agree with the above statement!

It's a form and control and manipulation, because it's so easy to control people with fear and power.

Religion is a institution and institutions come with rules , just because a certain someone at a point in time felt something was okay to do doesnt have to be carried on. Religion restricts freedom in some cases. Religion as they claim is based on God and faith and however even church have policies and other things that sometimes is false marketing .

It restricts freewill which is given by God . We cannot box our perspective and say worship God a certain way cause its impossible, the bond between God and his beloved is personal, a person might pray a certain way or even talk pr perceive God a way that has absolutely nothing to do with anyone. Religion almost restricts from being vulnerable to any other faith than the one involved in but that's absolutely wrong. A human is a human and can worship any God and God is bigger than the church walls or the book it cannot be contained within these things !

There is nothing in between God and his child anytime the beliefs are limited and is given a set of rules and then playing agendas through the name of God to use power, selling false ideas to the innocent. most times there is so much obsession with the idea of God, religion that the reality of righteousness and selflessness and mostly free will is taken for granted and manipulation is absolute nonsense.

Faith is key here , God is everybody's and yet there is a very personal relationship unlike anything thats going on in the offices of the church in some cases.

Religion is actually an idea a perception it's not necessarily the most amazing thing in the world the prime thing to notice here is that religion with different names of different faith creates a different, making sure there is no blending .I think when deeply noticed a lot of violence and injustice , chaos , and social balance is created from this.

Thankyou, hope this helps.
