Given::

Frequency(f)= 630 Hz
Inductance(L)= 2 mH

As the circuit is at resonance
We have
XL= XC

Where
XL=2πfL
And XC= 1/2πfC

So

2πfL= 1/2πfC
C= 1/4π²f²L
= 1/[4π²(630²)*(2*10^-3)]
= 31.92*10^-6 C
= 31.92 uC
≈ 32 uC

So third option that is 32 uC is correct.
