A. Write a function named smaller that accepts two arguments: a list, and a number n. Assume that the list contains numbers. The function should display all numbers in the list that are smaller than the number n. Write a code that declares and initializes a list of numbers and a variable number and pass them to the function to test it. Please see the outcome below:

Example run:

The number is: 5

The list of numbers is:

[1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10]

List of numbers that are smaller than 5:

[1, 2, 3, 4]

Must look exactly like the example to be correct and I need to be able to input whatever number I choose to do.

I have gotten people that do this. DO NOT DO THIS!!

I need to be able to put whatever number I need. The outcome is just an example.
