P0 = 0.022

Test statistic = z

= \hat p - P0 / [\sqrtP0 * (1 - P0 ) / n]

=0.0255-0.022 / [\sqrt0.022*(0.978) /864 ]

= 0.69

P(z > 0.69) = 1 - P(z < 0.69) = 0.2451

P-value = 0.2451

\alpha = 0.01

0.2451 >0.01
