The condition given here is irritant contact dermatitis due to the continuous use of Antibacterial soap solution
it is a common condition seen in more hygeinic person who wash there hands continuously with soap and water.
The symptoms of irritant contact dermatitis are drying ,erythema ,scaling ,itching etc..
Treatment for irritant contact dermatitis is
*washing in clean water or warm water alone without soap .it help in the hydration of the upper layer of eidermis of the skin that is stratum corneum
*if there is severe erythema ,then topical corticosteroid ointment can be used.
