Answer #1

Modulus of rigidity = G

Modulus of elasticity = E

Poisoins ratio = v= 0.3

Shear stress = shear stress× G

Slope of the given digram gives modulus of rigidity,

G = shearstress/shearstrain

= 375/0.00545 = 68.807 GPa

E = 2×G×(1+v)

E = 2×68.807×(1+0.3)

E = 178.89 GPa
