spring constant k that propels a plastic monster of mass m. The monster is pressed down onto a
table (compressing the spring by d) and and attaching to the table with a sucker. At some later
time the spring is released so that the monster leaps high into the air. Obtain an expression for
the height that the toy monster jumps in the air.
