1. Cash Receipts from Customer= 2,17,000

Sales= 2,20,000

+ Debtor and B/R at the beginnning=33,000

- Debtor and B/R at the end= 36,000

=2,17000

2. Cash Paid to suppliers and Employees= 164500

Cost of good Sold=1,20,000

+ operating Expenses(Salaries+insurance Premium)=38,000

+Creditors at the beginning=17,000

+Stock at the end=27,000

+Salaries outstanding at the beginning=2,000

+ Prepaid insurance at the end=5,500

-Creditors at the end=15,000

- Stock at the beginnning=22,000

- Salaries outstanding at the end= 3,000

- Prepaid insurance at the beginning=5,000

3. tax outstanding in beg.=3000
