My name is Joe and I am living in the New york. I am living on the rental flat from the last 3 years. Due to highly urbanisation of the the New york and increasing in city population, the rent goes skyrokiting. My landlord increasing my rent every year at 10% but due to high demand he suddenly increase my rent to 100%. It is very difficult for me to pay a sudden increase rent. I am working in one of the CAFE in the New York. The landlord gives me a one month time to pay my new rent. It is unable for me to pay new rent so I decided to leave the home and find the new one. It is just a very sad time for me to leave a place where I live from the last 3 years but now I can't do anything. Ultimately the owner have the right to demand the rent which he suited. Now I started to find New Home in the city. I just around 10-15 houses but all of them demanding a very high rent which is unaffordable for me. The day for leaving the house come closer day by day and I am unable to find a suitable home for living. then I started to look houses in the country side. There rent is also very high as compared to the location but atleast they are affordable to me. It is around 50km away from my old home. Even at very far, I hind a home. Then, I started shifting and it took ,e a week to properly shift my belongings to the new home. The new home is very far away from my working location and my old home. Finally I shifted my home in one week. But the real trouble starts afterwards. The services are not so good in countryside as compared to the main city. My working location is also very far away from me. It took my around 1.5 hours to reach my working place and the same time to come back. Earlier it took only 10 minutes. I am getting too much tired from the daily travelling and even it costs to my health. I can't cook properly due to getting late. It is just like a nightmare for me to shift in the new house. Increasing in the rent affordable for the rich but for the poor or middle class having no home, it dig a hole in their life.
