The correct answer to be C. One Cl atom is coming out, the other is going down, so there is no line of symmetry like there is in option A, B, and D, making answer C the only chiral molecule.

B is not the correct answer because they don't contain chiral carbon ( A chiral carbon is those carbon having four different vacancies ) so the best answer is C because this organic molecule contains chiral carbon and this is asymmetrical and form non superimposed mirror image.
