YES,Skill seeking be helpful to improve the condition of young people of rular area of Pakistan where illietracy is too high.

EXPLANATION:-Rural area of Pakistan has a population of 63.09% of the entire population of Pakistan and Rural area mostly depends on argiculture production and demand for the farmer is not high as to match with supply of farmer and that's degarding the quality life of Pakistan's Citizen. If that individual attain some skill and works on that skill then he can get job which will increase his cash flows and help him to improve his quality of life.

EXAMPLE:-A boy name X live in a Rural Area of Pakistan who is illiterate attain a skill of making Chairs and Tables and He then approach to a Furniture Shop and get the job on the basis of his Skill. This job will improve his quality of life and by seeing him other boys and girls attain skill(same and different) and gets the job in their particular field of work which improve their quality of living and ultimately helps the overall growth of nation.

CONCLUSTION:-Therefore,By seeing above EXPLANATION and EXAMPLE we can conclued that Skill seeking of young population by the Pakistani Citizen will improve the condition.
