The Capsim Business simulations is bringing the learning for the management students while working in the business and helping them to implement the theoretical studies in the practical form. The management skills are being developed and improved the implementation, factors dealing, environmental and others production affecting factors, difficulties to attain the various targets, etc. The management skills can be developed through:

a) Practical introduction: The all the theory studied through the management courses are applied in the practical form through the business simulations. The policies and practices which are studies in the colleges and universities are given practical shape. The studies and the industrial experience are merged to provide practical experience.

b) Learning through errors: The business simulations provide practical knowledge and skills to the management student through their errors and problems dealings. The skill of implementation of the policies and new ideas will create correct decision makings and accept the results and its effects on the business. The various factors and their effects on the different parts of the business entity will bring learning and implementation skills in the management members.

c) Arranging the inputs: The business students have to learn the input arrangements to implementation of their policies and the ideas on different areas of the business. The various difficulties and problems which the management have to face while going through the practical availability of the production and marketing inputs.

d) Goals setting and achievements: The students of the managements are allowed to set their own goals and put them in the practical shape and put the achievements to judge their estimates, predictions and ideas. The goals should be approved and certified by the top management officials who keep eyes on junior member’s activities in the business simulations. This raises the skills of making decisions towards goals setting and accepting the results achieved through implementation of the same.

e) Real life experience: The management members are given the practical experience through creating an on ground business structure and let the student deal with the practical factors and implement the same from the theories study. The management members are told about the traditional methods and practices and also asked for the introduction of new ideas covering the current problems and factors. This will let the students to introduce new and innovative methods and practices in the various areas of business.

f) Feedback skills: The feedback of the results and achievements of the goals along-with learning and experience is provided to the top management within the parameter of the Business simulation. This increases the reporting and feedback skills of the management students while doing practical experience in entity and its business.

g) Accountability: The accountability of the work placed within the grip of the management member will help him/her to know the responsibility and concern skills while experiencing in Business simulation module.
