After reviewing the course content for technical and soft skills, reflect on areas you feel strong and areas you could improve. If you have a weak area, what could you do to improve?
Answer: The areas I feel strong about my skills is communication skills and leadership. I know where and what to talk and communicate. The benefits of communication skills is that you can easily interact with the people, and in the meeting. You can easily show your ability to convince and keep your points and views directly in the meeting. Communication also includes listening, we should properly focus on the points the second person is talking about. The another skill I have is a leadership, where I know how to lead my team and encourage them to achieve the target. The weak areas in my skill is lack of confidence while trying for the new technologies. It is not at all easy for me to try or initiate a new technology or to use it.
