In this Course, i have learned a great deal of information in Field of HR which i think i could have never attained without this course. before this course, i only think that HR is related to recruitment and selection but after this course my knowledge has been broadened. There are no areas in which i could have found any difficulties or any question but there are definitely some areas which would be very useful in my current Job as HR executive. From this course i can apply concept of Motivation to motivate my employees in the organization like provide bonus and incentives to employees. I would also apply concept of performance appraisal like MBO or 360 degree appraisal method to review the performance of employees and measure their performance according to set goals and standards.

I learned that Training and development is great aspect of employee job satisfaction so in order to remove job dis satisfaction from my employees working under my supervision i have to provide training and opportunities to improve their skills so that they do not feel lost and lack of confidence to do their job effectively.for example- In my company, Management installed a new customer relation program so at start employees face difficulty but they are provided with 2 days training by expert so this help them to do their job effectively.

Learning has great part or role in my decision making and behavior because when i learn more and more things at my job then i would be able to make rationale and logical decisions unlike before when i believe in instant and quick decision without considering the risk. I learned that in an organization filled with diversified employees from different different culture, it is my duty to create inclusive work environment where people respect each other and make sure everyone has good working relationship. This helps to create trust of employees in their leaders or top management.
