1. Technical skill is the individual capability to perform specific task. It help the individual to solve the problem, coordinate work and communicate effectively. In case of nursing technical skills are use of Advanced life saving support, ventilator management, chest tube etc.
2. Ventilator management :It can be developed while practical posting in ICU especially critical care unit and theory of ventilator management.

• Chest tube removal :This also can be developed during the time of posting in cardiovascular thoracic surgery ICU.
• Computer proficiency :This can be developed while using computer in the hospital and get from theory.
• 3.Transferable job skills are the qualities that transferred from one job to another to achieve the desired goal in an organization.
• 4. Communication is essential to achieve the goal of an organization. It can be achieved by maintaining interpersonal relationship with patient.
• Leadership :Show initiative and demonstrate the leadership style. It is essential to achieve the goals. The other person of an organization feeling sense of well being and comfort with the help of a leader.
