The areas of strength are self-management and self-awareness. Self-management helps an individual in tackling a situation or deal with it by having control over the emotions. This includes how we control ourselves, trustworthiness, ability to adapt and innovate. Whereas, self-awareness helps in keeping a person to remain aware of the situations and help in understanding those situations as they are, without making a perception of the emotion as positive or negative.

These strengths help in managing ourselves when we are dealing with some extreme situations in our life. One can easily tackle certain situations when he is aware of himself and his creative ability. Incorporating innovative practices in our personal life proves highly efficient. One can live his life with full enjoyment without taking any kind of extra burden.

The difference is that they help to make a person strong when dealing with any type of personal problem. One can make a smooth and healthy interpersonal relationship with others and help a person to grow.

I am not good at dealing with social situations. At times my self-confidence degrades while dealing with some problematic situations as well. I would like to improve this so that I can boost up my confidence level which will affect my performance as well.

Boosting self-confidence will make me a strong person and I will be able to handle extreme situations in my life.

I can take the help of my family members, friends, and colleagues who can help me in dealing with such extreme situations which will further help me in building self-confidence.
