So current investment in FedEx = 56,000 shares * $111

                                                = $6,216,000

So Fair value through net income = ($111 - $97) * 56,000 shares

                                                 = $14 * 56,000 shares

                                                 = $784,000

So Fair value through net income is $784,000.
