Total fixed cost remain constant regardless of the level of units produced. Thus the given case is  not fully fixed cost as they change with the change in units produced.

Total Variable cost vary with the units produced. But the variable cost per unit remain the same.

So, variable cost for June = 9680/11,000 = $ 0.88

Variable cost for July = 8,100/10800 = $ 0.75

Thus the given costs are not fully variable cost.

To sum up, the delivery costs are MIXED COSTS. Hence Option C is correct
