Answer #1

Answer-

Return on Sales Ratio 14%
Current Ratio 1.50
Debt-to Total Assets Ratio 75%
Return on Assets Ratio 19.38%

Working:

Return on Sales Ratio = Net income/Net sales = $25,200 / $180000 = 14%

Current Ratio = Current assets/Current liabilities = $40,500 / $27000 = 1.50

Debt-to Total Assets Ratio = Total liabilities/Total assets = $97,500/$130000 = 75%

Return on Assets Ratio= Net Income/ Total Assets= $25,200/ $130,000= 19.38%
