Ans Option A is correct because now to make the form more simpler and easier the allowance are done away from the redesigned form w-4 so no personal and dependency exemptions are eliminated. As a result,the Form 2020 W-4 does not refer to withholding allowances.

And, therefore Option B , C and D can't be correct because all the options descibeing the change in Exemption but the only correct changes came in redesigned Form W-4 is in Option A.
