Answer #1

1. In question it was provided that: nursing supervisor spends 100 percent of her time on supervision.

So already 100% time shown in supervisor column, so in nurse column it should be 0%

Correct 10% into 0%

2.Correct it showing

3.Supplies and uniforms ,Salaries also need to be assigned to avtivities of Supervising nurses and Monitoring patients

Supervising nurses= $80,000+ $15,000*(12/20)+ 10%($40,000+ $500,000)

=$143,000

Monitoring patients = $30,000+ $15,000*(8/20)+ 15%($40,000+ $500,000)

= $117,000.

4.Supervising  is a secondary Activity (As supervision is not main activity of nurses in hospital)

Monitoring patients is main activity of nurses in hospital.

5.Supervising nurses cost should be allocated to other primary cost, you havent allocated the secondary activities cost to primary activities and took directly from answer 3.

For Treating patients = $135,000+($143,000* 5,000/18,000)

= $174,722

Providing hygienic care= $108,000 +(143000*4000/18000)

=$139,778

Responding to requests=$162,000+ (143000*6/18)

=$209,667

Monitoring patients = $117,000+ (143000*3/18)

=$ 140,833
