a. Find out the reason that caused stress: Firstly, identify cause behind your stress. Is it your friend, enemy, money, parents, teachers, work or anything or anyone? Believe me, this will help to get rid of 20% of your stress.
b. Find a solution for it : After knowing the problem, the solution will not be so difficult to find. Most of the time, stress is triggered because of not knowing the root behind your stress. Close your eyes(if possible), take a long breath, concentrate on the root of your problem, you will find a solution. This will handle the stress to 60 %. If not try for some more time.
c. Give a self-appreciation: If you are succeeded with previous steps, now it’s time to appreciate yourself. Appreciate yourself by self-suggestion, “Everything is going fine. I got a solution and this problem will not be the same. I am different now. Everything goes fit and fine”
