Software cost = 10,000

Implementation & Training Cost = 12,000

Maintenance Cost of 2000 per year = 10,000

Total cost over 5 year period = 32,000

Cost per year = 32000/5 = 6,400

Total Benefit per Years for adopting new sofware:

Reduced cost = 2,000

Increased unit production = 75 unit

Contribution per unit = Sale - Cost of production = 750-650 = 100 per unit

Total contribution inreased per year for increqased production= 7,500
