Answer #1

GREEN CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY

Green construction technology has became one of the hottest trend in construction. The benefits of a green technology application in construction are far-reaching and comprehensive, offering significant advantages when used in new facilities as well as existing structures. The primary way the green technology benefits are archived is through greater energy efficiency. In new buildings, green building construction play a role in every phase of development. Every aspect of the structure, including siting, material, design and the system use to run and maintain operations are chosen to be as sustainable and energy-efficient as possible. green building technology makes use of motion detectors, RFID scanners, access card reader and other sensor to monitor the occupancy status of building sector. When the area of a structure becomes unoccupied, green technology automatically shuts off lights and cooling the building area. There are so many advance system related to this process they work automatically.

TOP SUSTAINABLE CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGIES USED IN GREEN CONSTRUCTION

1. Solar Power:- In current scenario the solar power has became most popular construction technology. In Green Construction, it is utilizes in two way.

(1) ACTIVE SOLO POWER :-Active solar system is which absorb sun's radiation to creat for heating and electricity provision. The installation cost of solar system are higher but on long-term, it saves on energy bills and aids in reducing greenhouse gas emissions from non-renewable energy sources like fossil fuels.

(2) PASSIVE SOLO POWER:- it is a design that uses the sun's rays to warm homes through the strategic placement of windows and the use of heat-absorbing surfaces.

2. Green Insulation:- Insulation is among greatest concerns when is comes to the construction of of buildings and homes. Most of the people don't know that insulation are simply wall filter which don't need to be made from expensive and highly finished material. Green insulation offers a solution by making use of old and used material such as denim and newspaper. In other words, it utilizes recycled material to line the wall.

3. Biodegradable Materials:- The use of BM is an eco-friendly means of making construction sustainable. Most traditional construction method lead to the accumulation of waste products and toxic chemical, the majority of which take hundreds of year to degrade and also they had chemical effect on environment. Biodegradable materials such an organic paints, therefore, aid to limit the negative impact on the environment as they easily breakdown without the release of toxins. The use of biodegradable material for building foundation, walls and negative are also part of sustainable construction technologies.

4.The use of Smart Application:- Homes and commercial buildings consume most of the world's energy and for this reason; it has necessitated the use of smart appliances as part of sustainable construction technologies. Sustainable construction technologies insulators the installation of energy saving and self-sufficient appliances.

5.Sustainable Resource Sourcing:- It is prime example of sustainable construction technology because it ensures the uses of construction materials designed and created from recycle product and have to be environmentally friendly.

6.Cool Roof:- It aids in keeping home and building at the standard room emphasize by lowering heats absorption and thermal temperatures. The design makes use of reflective paints and special tiles which absorb remittances heat and reflect away most of the solar radiation. For instance, cool roof can reduce temperature by more than the 50 degree Celsius.

7.Self Power Building:- The advancement of constructing self-powered buildings is an art sustainable Construction technology. The building are built such that they are able to generate sufficient power to support there own energy needs and even direct surplus energy back into the power grid. In most cases wind power technology is used and it is highly common in skyscrapers whereby wing turbines are mounted at the rooftops. The constant and heavy air current at higher altitudes propel the turbine blades which generate the power requirements for the buildings.

Some other important SUSTAINABLE CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGIES are:-

(a) Rammed Earth Brick

(b) Sustainable Indoor Environmental Technology

(c) Water Efficiency Technology

(d) Electronic Smart Glass

(e) Low-energy House and Zero-energy Building Design
