Process-improvement team: This is a team which is appointed or formed to focus on the improvement and the development of the specific processes of the organisation. So, here in the case of the restaurant manager, he has to improve the process of the orders and the timely delivery to the customers, therefore this team will be the most suitable for this purpose.

Project team: Project team is a group of an employees which work collectively for the common goal i.e. the project.

Virtual team: In this team, members generally work in different location or far from each other and they generally rely upon the communication i.e. virtual communication to get things done together.

Self-directed team: This is a team where employees manage themselves by their own, their is no managerial supervision for this team. In this team employees combine different skills and talents in the team to work independently without any supervision.
