Insurance expense for 2 years = $3,600

Insurance expense for 1 month = 3,600 x 1/24

= $150

3.

Interest payable on April 30 = Note payable x Interest rate x 1/12

= 20,000 x 12% x 1/12

= $200

4.

Service revenue for 6 months = $4,200

Service revenue for 1 month = 4,200 x 1/6
