Business process is the structures activity or tasks fulfill by peoples or relevant equipment to meet or fulfill certain product or services for their clients or to their costumers
there are certain structured process or steps to complete this task those are as follows:
STEP 1 :DEFINE GOALS:the first step should be understand goals which need to be complete
STEP 2:MAKE A PLAN AND IMPLEMENT EXACT MAP THE PROCESS:these is the important step which simply means implement a plan which details how to achieve goal and make map how to achieve goals
STEP 3:SET ACTIONS AND ASSIGN STAKEHOLDERS:after setting goals set necessary actions or identify tasks and assign individuals and machines to do in order to execute the plan
STEP 4: TEST THE PROCESS: test the process in small scale and see evaluate the performance
STEP 5:IMPLEMENT THE PROCESS:Start the process in live enviornment.assign all necessary needs to fulfill the goals
STEP 6:MONITOR THE RESULT:After step 5 evaluate all activities and make a conclusion or evaluate the result
STEP 7:REPEAT:If result is good and lead to attain goals repeat the process to future to attain the goals
