Since the probability of not getting complaint is 0.98 for one person and we are calculating probability for two of them does not have any complaint. Therefore, answer is

= .098 * 0.98 = 0.9604

2. Probabilty that exactly one of them will have complaint

Probabilty of a person having any compaint = 0.02

Probabilty of a person not having any compaint = 0.98

Probabilty of having exactly one person having compaint = 0.02 * 0.98 = 0.0196
