Highest rental cost occured in february $ 2880 with the operating hours of 44

Lowest rental cost occured in June $ 2400 with the operating hours of 35

Variable cost per hour = ( 2880 - 2400 ) / ( 44 - 35 ) = 480 / 9 = $ 53.33 per hour

MOnthly FC = 2880 - ( 44 * 53.33 ) = $ 533.33

Cost equation = $ 53.33 * opearting hours + $ 533.33
