Catalyst provides a diffrent path to the reaction which require less activation energy. if activation energy is less, reaction be faster. So catalyst will make reaction faster and equilibrium will reach faster. But catalyst doesnt affect the equilirium constant or extent of reaction or relative amount of reactants and priducts.
