With the advent of globalization and technological advancements in the business world the cross cultural interactions have broadened. In one way it is favorable for business expansion but at the same time it instills certain issues like conflicts, bias, prejudice, stereotypes and discrimination etc.

People from different countries follow different cultures, values and beliefs and that is too reflected in their interactions resulting in cross cultural conflicts. These cultural differences causes role conflicts, miscommunications, unfair treatment of employees which disrupts the healthy working environment. Since effective business communications plays a very vital role today for business growth and development cross cultural conflicts can create serious obstacles for business overall performance.

A cordial working environment is the foremost requirement for any business organization. If the workforce is not satisfied and content no advancements or innovation can bring any change. Human resource is the heart of an organization and their individual differences can hamper the progress of the business.

Thus, there are more hindrances than benefits from the cross cultural interactions which need to be addressed for better inter cultural relationships and conflicts resolution.
