Answer #1

Labor productivity or efficiency is defined as amount of work or units a labor can produce in stipulated time period . The worker who produces maximum output of highest quality is the most productive worker . This productivity depends on health conditions and energy . Energy again depends on nourishment and proper medical access during health emergencies . So we can easily establish a strong relation between health and productivity .

Now we come to income levels . In economics income or returns to labor or wage rate is directly linked to marginal productivity of labor . The amount of units the last worker produces determines his wage rate . This is because employers would not pay more than what a labor produces and will not pay less also .

So finally we can join the dots and say that access to proper health care and nutrition helps to enhance labor productivity which in turn increases income levels .
