a) At the 5% significance level, what is the F value for the test statistic for the effect of fertilizer and what is your conclusion?

Here we have to test the effect of 3 different fertilizer and herbicide, if we take sample as fertilizer then F value calculated is 4.2564. here p value is smaller than level of sgnsignifica i.e. 0.05 or F calculated is greater than level of significance i.e.0.05 we reject H0 i.e. fertilizer effect is homogeneous i.e. same .so we conclude that the effect of fertilizer is not same
