1). As the ripeness( underripe ,ripe,overripe) they are in a order .

So, this is categorical and ordinal.

Hence,d) is correct.

2). Distance one student can run in half an hour is a numerical and as the distance can be any real no. b/w two numbers ,so, it is continuous.

Hence , option b) is right.

3). Nominal scale collects information about the different types of flowers she's growing, and the colors of each. So, flower species is a nominal , categorical.

So, option c) is correct
