We can lower the risk of heavy metal poisoning by taking certain precautionary steps.The steps are

By drinking water filtered with high quality purifier as drinking water contains traces of heavy metals.

Avoid the things made up of Aluminium.

Eat food which is free from industrial pollutants as it contains many chemicals.

Avoid sea food most importantantly the shell fish as contains huge amount of toxins.

Cosmetics contain large amount of lead so avoid using it.
