Depression in freezing point is directly proportional to molality of the solute in it. So higher the molality , higher is difference in freezing point .which means higher the molality , lower will be the freezing point.

So molality is highest for 0.2 m KF and 0.2 m Ethanol. Now ethanol doesn't dissociate to produce more entities but KF produces K+ and F- in water.

Depression in freezing point also depends on vant Hoff factor, that is the no.of species in solution.

So it is higher for KF. So KF will have the lowest freezing point
