Answer #1

Industrial pollution is a real demon which the modern society has to deal with in any case . If we look at the entire world as one place , we would realize that distribution of progress is not balanced . There are some countries which are developed and possess a lot of wealth and there are others who are so poor that they can not provide for basics to their citizens . In some parts of world people are dying because of hunger and in other part of the world people are dying because of pollution . The world is facing a common challenge of global warming which has already started showing itself in several forms .

In such a scenario we should look at the balanced growth which can happen by controlling loss and improving life across the globe . I would like to go for incentive programs in less developed world . This will make a shift in the wealth of societies and also a shift in pollution levels in certain developed societies . It takes several years to come to a level of danger zone fr a new industrial area . We can balance pollution level by spreading them across rather than concentrating them in limited areas .

This step shall develop infrastructure , schools , hospitals and reverse migration to small towns and countries , which will eventually lead to a better life . However this should be monitored well and limits should be set on such permission tp protect environment of these towns . People will get employment and overall growth can be shared .
