White area represents the regions of construction interference of acoustic waves. In these regions, the amplitude of two interfering waves add up, Producing an amplified sound Block regions represents regions of zero amplitude also called dead spot in acoustic. They are produced when two interfering sound waves, interfere destructively Sound wave shown in figure have a repeating high and low pressure regions High Pressure regions are regions where particle density is very high i.e. more no. of particle Low pressure area are where these are less number of particle in that area \r\n Area of constructive interference are region of high Particle density and white in colour (high amplitude) & Area of destructive interference are of low particle density and black (i.e. low amplitude)
