The correct option is B. Zymogens are the Proenzymes which are trnasformed into active enzymes by cleavage of the peptide bonds of Zymogen molecule. Examples include Trypsinogen and Chymotrypsinogen secreted by Pancreas activated in the intestinal tract into Trypsin and Chymotrypsin.
