It is a double replacement reaction.
To balance the reaction make sure the number of atoms of different elements in the reactants side is equal to that in products side .
Here copper is 1 on left , so must be 1 on right too.
Likewise sulfur 1 on left , and 1 on right
Potassium 2 atoms on left, so 2 atoms on right
Then oxygen is 11 on left side, so 11 on right side too
Chromium has 4 atoms on left so must be 4 on right too
