A distribution of sample means are approximately normally distributed when n >= 30. If n < 30, then the distribution need not necessarily be normally distributed.

The standard deviation of a sample distribution of means is the standard deviation of the original population divided by square root of n (the sample size). As a result the sampling distribution has a smaller standard deviation than that of it's corresponding population. (Except when n = 1).

The incorrect answers therefore are the second and fourth options.
