Answer #1

Let us convert importance weight into percentage by dividing individual criteria weight importance by sum of weight importance

Criteria 1 = Importance weight of Criteria 1/Total Importance weight = 1/(1+2+3) = 0.17

Criteria 2 = Importance weight of Criteria 2/Total Importance weight = 2/(1+2+3) = 0.33

Criteria 3 = Importance weight of Criteria 3/Total Importance weight = 3/(1+2+3) = 0.50

Now, calculate the weighted score of each project which is SUM of (Criteria weight*Criteria score)

Project A = 0.17*3 + 0.33*3 + 0.5*1 = 2.00

Project B = 0.17*2 + 0.33*2 + 0.5*3 = 2.50

Project C = 0.17*1 + 0.33*2 + 0.5*3 = 2.33

Project D = 0.17*2 + 0.33*1 + 0.5*2 = 1.67

So, more the score, higher will be the priority

Correct sequence is BCAD
