If you are asked to create the marketing strategy and plan for HAMDARD DAWA KHANA in this modern era, then who would be your target audience, where will you open their DAWA KHANA – Clinics and which channel / medium will be used for communication.

Hamdard Dawakhana mainly deals with unani medicines. Though it is traditional form of medicine, it has many customers in the contemporary world.

Target audience: Since products of hamdard dawakhana predominantly deal with chronic diseases, my target audience will be people suffering from chronic diseases. Products of hamdard are popular among people of older age; therefore my marketing campaign would revolve around people of older age.

Sites for clinic: Hamdard clinics can be opened mainly in localities where families of middle income or lower middle income reside. The rationale for site selection is in those areas is that hamadrd products are relatively less costly; therefore, it would attarct large customers in the selected localities.

Medium for communication: Users of Hamdard products are well versed in Urdu langauge. Therfore, my medium of communication will be mostly vernacular dailies of Urdu language as well as local Television channels.
