A massive debris avalanche triggered by an earthquake measuring 6.1 on the Richter scale has caused a lateral eruption on mountain's summit, which has caused ice and snow to form massive mudslides and has produced 24 megatons of thermal energy to overcome the City of Harpton. The governor has dispatched national guard troops and engineers to the city to assist with debris removal. In addition, the governor has dispatched red cross and emergency management personnel to assist with medical needs of the city residents. Prior to this event, the Washington State Police (which the governor oversees) was placed under federal monitoring after a white state police officer shot and killed an African American male in Harpton, which triggered several days and nights of violent protests in the city. The mayor of Harpton is skeptical of the governor and contacts the president of the United States for assistance. Assuming you are the president, what would you do? Type your answer

As a president, i will do best to assist and protect the lives of people residing in the city of Harpton. A special troops of army will be deployed there to cope up with any challenges of riots. News , radio , FM and announcement of peace related efforts will be done simultaneously to all possible channel of public communication. I will take regular meetings and feedback with mayor and other security chief in the city. Food and other support items will be made available to each stakeholders without any discrimination so as to cool down situations. Police men will be given training on moral and support area so that future problems can be addressed. A team of emergency management employees will be deployed to see progress of rehabilitation and peaceful operations.
