We can't discuss effective restaurant operations without technology. How do you think technology will change the restaurant industry? What are the key technology or trends that are emerging? Robots and AI (Artificial Intelligence) are coming to every industry and hospitality is certainly one of them. Robots can assist with taking orders, booking hotel rooms, delivering foods, and might replace humans in many ways in hotels and restaurants. AIs are expected to increase sales forecasting accuracy for restaurants, booking forecasting for hotels, and help many other areas that we were not able to handle before. The introduction of robots and AI will benefit our industry by reducing labor costs and maximizing forecasting demands, however, we have to deal with uncertainty with new technology, negative customer experience, and reduced workforce in the hospitality industry. 1. In my perspectives, Artificial Intelligence is a troublesome development and it is digging in for the long haul. Different organizations are coordinating AI and augmented reality to improve their activities and convey better item and administration to the customers.
