Using gauss's law

\phi = Q/\epsilon _{o}

inserting the values

2.5 = Q/(8.85 x 10-12)

Q = net charge enclosed within closed surface = 5.5 x 10-6 C

Using gauss's law

\phi = Q/\epsilon _{o}

inserting the values

\phi = (5.5 x 10-6)/(8.85 x 10-12)
