No, because the carboxyl group and amino group present on the alpha carbon only the it's help to make polypeptide chain.

Functional groups which have pure hydrocarbon alkyl group and aromatic group are generally non polar. Example valine(Val)V, leucine(Leu) L etc

Polar amino acids are those which are interested to dissolve in aqueous water due to hydroxyl group, carboxyl group ammonia group.Eg: serine(Ser)S, threonine(Thr)T

Histidine opposite charge at physiological ph.(His)H
