Here in this figure the nature of ancestry of Uruguayan women were showed. 312 Uruguayan women were analyzed for searching their ancestral root, based on mitochondrial DNA. It has been showed that the ancestry is a mixture of from African,Native American and European population. When 312 individuals were tested the researchers found large variation on their ancestray. Each bar represents single individual. When individuals were analyzed for their ancestry it has been found that African ancestry varies between 1% to around 43%, meaning in one individual's have 1% ancestral similarity with african populaiton, where there is an individual, who is sharing 43% similarity with african population. Similarly, Native American ancestry is ranging from 1% toaround 48%, whereas European ancestry varies between   33% to around 96%
