since the opposite sides of the rectangle experience the same magnitude of force but opposite in direction ,hence Net force acting on the loop is zero

Net Torque is T = B*i*A which is not zero

curl your right hand fingers in the direction of current then thumb gives the direction of magnetic dipole moment

hence direction of dipole moment is out of the page

so final answer is E,only 2,4 and 6 are correct
