No, because while taking food humans not only think about the energy that he/she will get from that food but also depends on what type of nutrient he/she will get from that. Because energy helps to keep the metabolic activities active, but all other nutrients help to build the body structure. The necessary nutrients are like C, Fe, Ca etc. But now imagine that whether we can be replaced by a bulb? The answer is no. Because bulb only require electric supply to lighten up, but we require so many different foods to keep our metabolic activities active.
